Description

Homemade 3 Musketeers Bars are a fluffy, chocolatey treat. This recipe recreates the classic candy bar with a light, whipped chocolate nougat center coated in smooth milk chocolate. They are nostalgic and easy to make at home.

  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips, divided
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
  • Melt 1 cup milk chocolate chips with heavy cream in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  • Beat the melted chocolate mixture with marshmallow creme and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  • Add powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
  • Spread the nougat evenly in the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
  • Lift the slab onto a cutting board and cut into 12 bars with a warm, sharp knife.
  • Melt the remaining 1 cup milk chocolate chips until silky.
  • Dip each bar to coat, letting excess drip off, and place on parchment to set.
  • Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes until the chocolate is fully set.
