- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 4 cloves Minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Minced ginger
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, ketchup, minced garlic, and minced ginger until well combined.
- Gently pour the sauce over the chicken breasts, ensuring each piece is coated.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 3 hours.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir this mixture into the slow cooker, then cover again and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Once done, serve the chicken hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
