Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 4 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, ketchup, minced garlic, and minced ginger until well combined.
  3. Gently pour the sauce over the chicken breasts, ensuring each piece is coated.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 3 hours.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir this mixture into the slow cooker, then cover again and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Once done, serve the chicken hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
