- 1 pound Pasta (penne, rotini, or similar)
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded white cheddar cheese
- 2 Green onions (for garnish), sliced
Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside, tossing with a splash of oil to prevent sticking.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-9 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Stir in shredded white cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Sprinkle sliced green onions over the top before serving.

- For added vegetables, stir in baby spinach or chopped kale before adding the cheese.
